Provident Physical & Occupational Therapy, PPLC is an affiliate of Provident Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation.

Do you have trouble with certain daily activities such as brushing your teeth, feeding yourself, getting dressed, or walking up and down stairs? Our occupational therapists at Provident Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation can develop unique treatment programs to help you regain the ability to perform self-care, work, and leisure activities and achieve independence.

Your occupational therapist will first complete a comprehensive evaluation of your injury or condition, including your range of motion, strength, coordination, pain level, and presence of inflammation. Your therapist will then establish appropriate goals and create a customized treatment plan to achieve those goals. Your care plan may include manual therapy, strengthening exercises, range of motion exercises, massage, and modalities such as heat or ice to decrease pain and swelling.

Our occupational therapy services can be provided in the office, home, or assisted living facilities.
