PERSONALIZED HANDS-ON THERAPY FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS
Joint replacement rehab is highly individualized. We offer one-on-one therapy sessions to provide the level of care you need to fully recover. Physical therapy can be difficult in the early days following surgery, but as time goes on, you will get stronger and regain your mobility through progressive strengthening and exercise therapy.
In addition to intensive hands-on therapy, we offer:
- Aquatic Therapy
- Ultrasound Therapy
- Electrotherapy
- Heat Therapy
- Cold Therapy
- Health and Fitness Programs
It is important to keep your appointments for a successful and complete rehabilitation. Our therapists will regularly evaluate your range of motion, strength, coordination, movement, pain, swelling, and incisions. We’ll monitor your progress and communicate with your surgeon, keeping him updated and informed about how you’re doing.
We offer joint replacement rehab at all of our locations: East Northport, South Huntington, and Medford. Our therapists can also provide post-operative physical therapy at assisted living facilities throughout Suffolk County, Staten Island, and Orange County, New York.
